Ciao a tutti,
mi hanno regalato insieme ad un malto coopers canadian blonde anche un vasetto di estratto di malto.
volevo usarlo al posto dello zucchero durante la preparazione del mosto.
va in uguale quantità? 1kg-1000g?
Devo conservarne un pò anche da mettere in bottiglia?
