Sg 1035 dubbi - alspecial2007 - 16-10-2024

Salve a tutti ho creato una ricetta partendo dal kit start di mr malto precisamente una Amber. Alla quale ho aggiunto un infuso di cannella e pepe rosa più 250gr di destrosio e 500 gr zucchero di canna nero oltre ad 1 bustina lievito safe 33 sono partito da una SG 1080 ed attualmente dopo 2 settimane sono a sg 1035 fermo da un paio di Giorni ora anche io gorgogliatore si è abbassato cosa dite imbottigliò? L.odore. E buono la torbidità sembra milk shake

1035 è un pò alto ancora
Deve scendere ancora un pò di densità.

sicuro che la OG era 1085, mi sembra un po' alta, se così e sono 23lt una bustina di lievito mi sa che è poca.
quale era esattementa il kit?
Il densimetro è corretto?
in ogni caso se aspetti qualche giorno è sempre meglio
