neanche quando sono passate 4 settimane ... cioe' prima del priming ?

Fai le tue 4 settimane a lagerizzare, poi travasi, imbottiglia con priming!

che due gradi è ottimale ma se non ci riesci e la fai a 4 verrà lo stesso anche se in maniera meno efficace

no...non riusciresti a tirare fuori gli aromi delle birre di frumento con un lievito a bassa
