Ciao, qualcuno ha mai usato la farina per polenta in qualche ricetta? Se si che dosi e come l'avete utilizzata?

I’ve used polenta flour for baking cornbread and also as a coating for oven-baked chicken. Usually I swap about a quarter of the regular flour with polenta flour, since too much can make it grainy. It gives a nice crunch! By the way, it kind of reminds me of
