Ciao a tutti!!!
Ho una domanda da porvi...avevo intenzione di fare una Pilsner e aggiungerci una piccola quantità di miele al posto dello zucchero...me lo consigliate?!!?!?e se sì, quale tipo di miele potrei aggiungerci?!?!ho letto che uno degli indicati sarebbe quello d'acacia...

Il miele in una pils, non c'è lo vedo! Se proprio vuoi, non superare 350-400 grammi! Di acacia è neutro!

io a sto punto non ce lo metterei....se proprio devi metterci un miele e ci metti uno neutro che non apporta nulla ( se non secchezza se esageri) allora tanto vale non mettercelo proprio
