wyeast gonfio troppo presto - andrea93 - 08-05-2014

Ciao a tutti ieri ho attivato un wyeast vecchio di 3 mesi e stamattina è già gonfio del tutto ma prima di domani verso le 19 non riesco a fare lo starter.. è un grosso problema?

Io per contro ho avuto un lievito sempre della wyeast che è gonfiato poco ma ha iniziato a fermentare dopo poche ore e in maniera vivace
