Buonasera,
birra in oggetto, 375gr di zucchero da birra, 500gr di estratto light, (la ricetta generalizzava come zucchero 1 750gr) messa a fermentare sabato, lunedì non gorgogliava già più, oggi è calata anche la pressione (ristabilizzati i livelli del gorgogliatore), la temperatura non DOVREBBE esser scesa sotto i 18 che gli ho messo una copertina ^_^

L'OG era 1044, come FG mi aspetto quanto??? 1011?? o.O

Secondo voi è normale un gorgogliamento così corto?? pensavo di iniziare a vedere le FG da venerdì...

attendi le solite due settimane e poi imbottiglia (secondo me raggiungerai una FG di circa 1010)
se prevedi un travaso puoi farlo sabato o domenica
