Piccolo problema faccio birra con AIO tutti i processi gestiti bene, fermentazione in frigo con regolazione temperatura con inkbird, cold crash a 5° x 4gg poi travaso con aggiunta di soluzione con destrosio e lievito x rifermentazione. Messe tutte le bottiglie in frigo a 2° sopra quella di fermentazione... dopo 10 gg primi assaggi e alcune bottiglie veranda in bicchiere fanno schiuma e gas altre poco o nulla... cosa posso fare?

Ho un AIO di capienza 30 litri, voglio brasare 6kg di malto con rapporto d'acqua 3Lt/1Kg.

Verso quindi 18Lt d'acqua e metto a scaldare, quando verserò i 6gk di malto, a quale tacca si fermerà il livello dell'acqua?
