Lomandy non eccedere col sarcasmo
Io la penso come Paul....al di là se uno poi partecipi o meno ai concorsi ( che comunque sono arbitrari , ma non riaprirei la polemica) il BJCP è riconosciuto a livello mondiale e ha standard precisi....poi chiaramente le interpretazioni personali vengono ricollegati in quelle macrocategorie come "fruit beers" "spicy,herb and vegetable" "chestnut beer( si, perchè sulla base della birra alle castagne poi fare tutto poi)" e "sperimentali e storiche" e ovviamente io sono il primo che farebbe finire molte delle mie birre in macrocategorie fuoristile, ma chiaro che però se qualcuno mi viene e mi chiede una ricetta per una apa o una bitter gli do una apa o una bitter, poi se qualcuno invece ha idee più vaghe e mi dice tipo " la voglio forte, ambrata e molto amara" puoi voler dire tutto e niente ma puoi anche fare praticamente tutto

Un sorso di birra alle verdi brughiere, e un altro ai mocciosi coperti di fango, un brindisi anche agli gnomi e alle fate e ai folletti che corrono sulle tue strade....
