Oggi (martedì 28/10/14 DOPO 11 GIORNI) ho fatto il primo travaso delle 2 birre che ho in fermentazione:
kit brewferm tarwebier 1,5 kg
estratto malto secco wheat 500gr
miele limone 225 gr
miele arancio 225 gr
zucchero destrosio monoidratato 500 gr
coriandolo 15gr
scorza arancia dolce 15 gr

per i lieviti sulla prima ho usato Safbrew T-58 11,5 gr per la seconda Safbrew WB-06 11,5 gr.

DENSITA' OGGI PRIMO TRAVASO 1015

Può andare?????? che densità devo raggiungere per l'imbottigliamento????
