Personalmente ti consiglio di utilizzare lo zucchero candito (anche a scapito di quello di canna), sarà che ormai mi sono fissato ma sono convinto che riesca a dare alle birre belghe un sapore del tutto particolare che le rende ottime e speciali !
Ho bevuto l'ultima bottiglia di Abbey dopo 9 mesi dall'imbottigliamento ed era davvvero spettacolosa, è una birra che deve maturare tanto, almeno 6-8 mesi.
Io non utilizzerei l'S-33, è un lievito che nonostante la doppia busta mi ha lasciato a metà con OG molto più basse di quelle che avrai con una Abbey.
