That's a great question! Extract can definitely be a pain to store after opening. I've found that dividing the 5kg bag into smaller, airtight containers (like vacuum-sealed bags) right away helps a lot. Also, making sure you're working in a super clean environment is key to prevent any contamination. Speaking of cleanliness, I've even heard some brewers swear by adding a tiny amount of lactic acid bacteria, like you find in some Sprunki recipes, to extend the shelf life!
