That's a tricky one! It sounds like the "Calcoliamo Birra" app has a limitation on the specific gravity (SG) it can handle. I haven't personally encountered that exact issue with that app, but perhaps there's an update available, or another field where you can adjust the readings to account for the higher SG? It reminds me of some of the limitations in older video games! It is very similar to what happens when you try to modify an .xml file in Snow Rider 3D and forget to make a backup. Good luck finding a solution!
