Hey Zvone, good question! Leaving the hops in for that long could lead to some grassy flavors, but it depends on the hop variety. Some are more prone to it than others. Experimentation is key! It kind of reminds me of how sometimes you think you know the best path, but you have to keep adjusting your strategy, like in Slope Game! Maybe try a small batch with a shorter dry hop to compare?
