Ragazzi ieri sera l'ho assaggiata, dopo i miei ormai rituali 17 giorni. (15+2 di frigo)
Sinceramente è buona e ovviamente non ha niente della blanche, sembra una birra all'arancia, ma molto particolare....
Come al solito ho assaggiato la bottiglia splasciata di fine fermentatore, sta volta da 33, ma il gusto è buono, acerbo ma buono.
Peccato per il coriandolo che non si sente, perchè non sapevo che bisognava schiacciarlo.... vedremo tra un po.... ( ho un'altra tester splash beer in frigo)
