Tips for Beginner Homebrewers

Hi everyone,

I'm new to homebrewing and just finished my first batch of pale ale using a starter kit. It's been fun, albeit not perfect, and I'm looking to improve.

Do you think a beginner should invest in a good fermenter or a grain mill? Also, do you have any simple tips for maintaining a consistent fermentation temperature?
