Doing two rackings (the first after 5-7 days of fermentation, and the other one just before bottleing) using the tap on the bottom of the fermenter, has worked fine for me till now... I never had sediment in the bottles.
I still brew in E+G though, I don't know if All Grain brewing makes things different...
