Ho avuto risposta da Brouwland (non ho trovato il post, così gli ho scritto una mail):

Oxi keeps its power for only a relatively short time. As soon as the oxygen is gone, it stops.
The colder the water the longer it lasts, but after 1 to 2 hours the effectiveness deacreases significantly.

Se ho capito bene, anche ad acqua fredda il potere sanitizzante rimane ma non oltre 1-2 ore...
In linea di massima direi che stare sotto 1 ora permette di avere un prodotto ancora attivo.

Ottimo..1 ora andrebbe benissimo.. prossima cotta userò solo oxy.. grazie mille cheers!!
