Hey Matteo, interesting problem with your Saison! That M29 can be a bit temperamental, even if the grist is familiar. Before going nuclear with F2 or US05, maybe try gently swirling the fermenter to rouse the yeast. Sometimes they just need a little nudge. It's easy to overthink things, especially when brewing – kind of like guys debating the best draft picks; those Football Bros are always passionate! Give it another couple of days at that higher temp, and see if it budges. Patience is key! Good luck!
