Ciao a tutti, ho dimenticato di aggiungere lo zucchero prima della fermentazione, la quale è comunque avvenuta e anche con una certa vivacità. Ora è trascorsa una settimana e ho fatto un travaso. Che faccio lo aggiungo adesso e aspetto un'altra settimana?
