Ciao! That's an interesting idea using a beer dispenser to cool your Grainfather! I haven't personally tried that, but I can see the appeal of repurposing equipment. Thinking about it, the efficiency might depend on the temperature difference you're trying to achieve and how well the coil is insulated. The Green Line might struggle with a larger temperature gradient, while the ice bank model could handle a steeper Slope in temperature more effectively. Hopefully someone with experience chimes in!
